Devices and Services

When providing online meetings today, you need the right equipment and services.

1. Network

First things first. Connecting to the network is necessary and can be a challenge where the level of security is particularly high.

The choice of language is necessary, as not everyone in the world knows default US English. 😊

The serial number is important when connecting devices.

2. Guided Install

When installing a room, there are several conditions we need to know about in order to guide you through the installation.

1. Do you already have a device installed in the room, or are you starting from Scratch?

2. How many devices are you installing? One, two or three?

3. Settings

When everything is connected, you can define the settings for all devices in the installation via the controller. You can either do the settings manually on the spot - or (for bigger companies with many meeting rooms), use our online service EPOS Manager to push settings and firmware updates.

After defining all the settings, a summary is shown with an overview of everything. Here we provide the possibility to do changes - before committing. 😎

4. Firmware Update

Before restarting devices and booting in MS Teams, we check if the latest firmware is installed.

Every device is updated, or you can choose to skip this for later.
